Because of the nature of event planning, all entry fee payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.
However, we understand that life happens and can sometimes occlude your race attendance. For that reason, we offer a couple options.
- If given at least a week's advance notice, we can transfer your entry to a friend or family member. Race shirts and other specific-to-you provisions may not be able to be changed at that time.
- If notified at least two days prior to the race that you will not be able to attend, we can credit your entry into a future Journey Racing event. This is good for a single event. Any left-over entry funds after that credited event can not carry over to additional future races.
- If you completely miss the race and don't contact us beforehand, we can offer a 40% credit to a future race if you email us within one week of the event.
