Because of the nature of event planning, all entry fee payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.

However, we understand that life happens and can sometimes occlude your race attendance.  For that reason, we offer a couple options.

  • If given at least a week's advance notice, we can transfer your entry to a friend or family member.  Race shirts and other specific-to-you provisions may not be able to be changed at that time.  
  • If notified at least two days prior to the race that you will not be able to attend, we can credit your entry into a future Journey Racing event.  This is good for a single event.  Any left-over entry funds after that credited event can not carry over to additional future races.  
  • If you completely miss the race and don't contact us beforehand, we can offer a 40% credit to a future race if you email us within one week of the event.
​​Journey Racing reserves the right to cancel any Journey Racing event in the event of accidents, labor disputes, acts of war or terrorism military or armed conflicts, insurrections, rebellions, riots, explosions, earthquakes, fires, floods, life-threatening weather or if in the discretion of Journey Racing, LLC, any such acts or causes which require cancellation of the event for safety or security reasons, or, if Journey Racing cancels the event for any other reason pursuant to 24 hours written notice. In the event of such cancellation, there will be no refunds.
